IvyBoost Education is glad to welcome two recent additions to our tutoring team!
Christy Chou is a recent UCLA graduate with a B.S. degree in Statistics.
At UCLA, she was involved in many data analytical projects and has helped multiple classmates work on their understanding of Statistics.
During her free time, Christy enjoys playing piano, flute, and Go.
For current or future AP Stats students, if you are ever confused about sampling distributions or statistical inference, Christy is the tutor for you.
Jason Tu is a current UC Berkeley sophomore studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. On the SAT I, he scored a 2320 on one try and scored 800s on the SAT II Math 2 and SAT II World History. In high school, he was a National Merit Scholarship finalist, a National AP Scholar, and an AP Scholar with Distinction. He was also a finalist in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair and won 1st place in the New York City Science and Engineering Fair.
He has worked with students on the SAT II Math 1 & 2, SAT II World History, and other subjects like AP Computer Science, AP U.S. History, and AP Calculus. He knows that every student can achieve success, and is more than willing to guide them to it.
